I put my camp name as my name because I knew Jayden as Ghost from Camp Laughing Waters in the summer of 2014. It's been years since I last saw her and I am so shocked to hear of her passing. So many of us from camp didn't even know she was sick. Ghost was so nicknamed for her gentle spirit and how quiet she was back then. I don't know if she was ever boisterous, but that summer I got used to having her just appear at my side out of nowhere with lots of energy and a smile. I'll remember her for her kindness and caring spirit. Being around Jayden would just put me at ease. She was such a good person. I really can't believe she's gone. My heart goes out to her many friends and family. The world was better with her in it. I'm so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing her with us, even for a short time.

We care and will always cherish the memories of Jayden. May the peace that only Jesus can bring, comfort you all at this difficult time.

To the family of beautiful Jayden, I am so very sorry for your loss. There are not enough words to say how horrific this news is, but I want you to know, your daughter had a lasting impact on me. I was fortunate to have her in class, and she was so bright, engaging, uplifting, and compassionate. Jayden had a heart and mind that made the classroom better just for her presence. Jayden's warmth and drive stays with me. I pray that fond memories can fill your mind and peace fills your heart during this tremendously tragic time. Sincerely, Bonnie ESU
