Beatrice L. Cochran

Beatrice L. Cochran, 88, formerly of Nobles Road, Belmont, NY, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Highland Health Care Center in Wellsville, NY. She was born the daughter of the late Otto and Beatrice (Scheible) Conrad on March 16. 1933 in Easton, Pennsylvania. She married Paul L. Cochran who predeceased her in February 2001.

Beatrice left Alexandria Township, NJ , in 1987, in order to get away from the city life. She became a member of the Baptist Tabernacle Church on Plum Bottom Road. She enjoyed working the family garden, canning, and making afghans for family. Family was a big part of her life!

She is survived by: a daughter, Barbara (Bruce) Snyder of Milford, NJ; three sons, Barry (Grace) Cochran of New Jersey, Randy Cochran, and Patrick Cochran, both of Belmont; six grandchildren, Jeremy (Jen) Snyder, Justin (Krystal) Snyder, Paul C. Cochran, Matthew (Trista) Cochran, Olivia C. Cochran, and Karlee R. Cochran; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Eddie Conrad and Delores Schuster; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ, on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 from 6 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 11 AM at the funeral home with Rev. William “Tex” Culton officiating. Interment will follow at the Upper Tinicum Cemetery in Tinicum Township, PA.
