Arlene M. Robbins, 88, of Alexandria Township, NJ, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022 at her home.

Arlene was born on March 24, 1934 in Hackensack, NJ. She graduated from Dwight Morrow High School in Ridgefield, NJ in 1952. Arlene worked at Lester D. Wilson School in Alexandria Township, NJ for 29 years. In her time there, she worked as a secretary, a school bus driver and a cafeteria assistant. Prior to that, Arlene worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of American Cyanamid. She was an active member of the Finesville Church, formerly Calvary Bible Fellowship, where she was the organist for over 30 years.

Daughter of the late Eric and Katherine (Hickel) Muller, Arlene is survived by her son Harry “Richard” Robbins, Jr. and his wife Amy, her two daughters Donna Warner and her husband Rick and Kathryn "Kay" Robbins, her five grandchildren Erik Robbins and his wife Brianne, Nathaniel Robbins, Jacob Robbins, Alayna Warner, and Katy Warner, and her great-grandson John Harry Robbins. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 47 years Harry R. Robbins, Sr. in 2004, and her brother Theodore Muller.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Monday, May 9, 2022 from 10:30-11 AM at The Finesville Church, 191 County Road 627, Finesville, NJ, followed by a Celebration of Arlene’s Life at 11 AM, with Pastor Byron Widger officiating. Interment will be held privately at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Alexandria Township, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Finesville Church - Arlene’s Memorial, 191 County Road 627, Finesville, NJ 08865.
