Louise J. Ziemba

Louise J. Ziemba, 94, of Holland Township, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA.

Born May 30, 1928 in Wanamie, PA, Louise lived in Holland Township, NJ since 1955 in the house built by her husband. She graduated from Newport Township High School in Wanamie, PA. Louise worked as a seamstress for Gary Lee Co. in Alpha, NJ. She was also a homemaker. Louise loved to cook, and especially liked baking. She enjoyed bowling and competed in leagues with her husband at Warren Lanes and Frenchtown Bowling Alley, for many years. Louise was an active member of the Holland Township Merry Mixers and enjoyed the trips to Atlantic City and The Sands. Most of all, she was a loving mother and wife.

Daughter of the late Michael and Phoebe (Adamekvich) Klotz, Louise is survived by her daughter Patricia Schrimpe and her husband Edward, her three sons Michael Ziemba, Ronald Ziemba and his wife Linda, and Walter Ziemba and his wife Sharon, her 22 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Walter L. Ziemba, Sr., and her three brothers Theodore Klotz, Eugene Klotz, and Walter Klotz.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 10-11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ, followed by a Catholic Prayer Service at 11 AM with Father Kris Kaczynski officiating. Entombment will follow at the St. Mary Mausoleum in Alpha, NJ.
