Elizabeth R. Bakker

Elizabeth R. Stickna Bakker, 100, of Downingtown, PA, and formerly of Hawthorne, NJ, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

Born May 30, 1922 in Manville, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Verna Zillinsky.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her first husband Stanley Stickna (1997), her second husband John Bakker (2012), and her brother Henry Zillinsky (2016).
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Diane Cupo and her husband Timothy. She was a loving Grandmother to Kristin Garcia and her husband Mark and Great Grandmother to Charlie, Anthony and Mark Jr.

A visitation for relatives and friends will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 10-11AM at the Johnson Walton Funeral Home 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ followed by a Catholic prayer service at 11 AM also at the funeral home with Father Kris Kaczynski officiating. Entombment will be private at the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in Paterson, NJ.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project; 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256
