Paul Anthony Cucciniello

Paul Anthony Cucciniello, 73, of Holland Township, NJ, passed away on Friday, November 11, 2022 at St. Luke’s Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, NJ, with his beloved family by his side.

Born June 15, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY, Paul lived in Mastic Beach, NY, before settling in Holland Township, NJ, in 1992. He was a 1967 graduate of Central Islip High School in Central Islip, NY. Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from St. John’s University in Queens, NY. He worked for MetLife in Hauppauge, NY, and Manhattan, NY, before being transferred to Bridgewater, NJ, and retiring after 26 years of employment. Paul then worked as a paraprofessional at Clinton Township School District in Clinton, NJ where he also coached championship winning sports teams. He was an avid collector and loved going to yard sales, thrift stores, and rummage sales with his wife. He enjoyed attending minor league baseball games, obtaining autographs, and also liked seeing his favorite musicians perform.

Son of the late Henry and Elaine (Nocita) Cucciniello, Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Diana (Hernandez) Cucciniello, his son Jeffrey Cucciniello and his wife Vanessa of Awendaw, SC, his daughters Juanita Hayes and her husband James of Palmer Township, PA, Sonia Cucciniello of Lehighton, PA, and Leah Swanson and her husband David of Charleston, SC, his brother Michael Cucciniello of Hauppauge, NY, his sister Madeleine Mazella and her husband James of Smithtown, NY, his granddaughters Korynn, Emelia, Olivia, Noelle, Lola, and Allison, and great-granddaughter Elaine.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Saturday, December 3, 2022 from 10-11 AM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11 AM with Pastor Linda Bullock, PhD officiating.
