Keith William Shoudt

Keith William Shoudt, 44, of Alexandria Township, NJ, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 in Las Vegas, NV.

Born December 2, 1973 in Raritan Township, NJ, Keith was a lifelong resident of Alexandria Township, NJ. He graduated from Delaware Valley Regional High School in 1992. Keith was a construction manager for HSW Remodeling Inc. in Lebanon, NJ. Prior to that, he worked for MSI Plumbing and Remodeling, also in Lebanon, NJ and worked as a self employed contractor for many years. Keith was a devoted father, husband, and son. He especially enjoyed his family's participation in Saige's dancing. Keith was a member of Immaculate Conception R.C. Church in Clinton, NJ.

Keith is survived by his beloved wife, Dawn Marie Em, his daughter Saige Gracin Shoudt, and his parents Frank L. and Eileen (Marsh) Shoudt.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 6-8 PM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Milford Union Cemetery in Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to Epic Dance Company, 13 Stangl Road, Flemington, NJ 08822.
