Blaz Gallick

Blaz Gallick, 91, of Quakertown, PA, formerly of Tinicum Township, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Quakertown Center in Quakertown, PA.

Born April 9, 1928 in Bethlehem, PA, Blaz lived in Tinicum Township, PA for over 30 years and lived in Bridgeton Township, PA before that. He served in the US Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. Blaz worked as a laborer for Pennsylvania State Parks for 21 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Son of the late Blasi and Annie (Classir) Gallick, Blaz is survived by his caregiver/companion's daughter Minerva Maniship and her loving family. He was predeceased by his longtime companion Liveria "Cookie" Cochran, his brother Rudolph Gallick, and his sister Mary Sellers.

A graveside service, with military honors, will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 10 AM at the Keller's Church Cemetery, 3740 Ridge Road, Perkasie, PA. Pastor Ozzie Pursell will be officiating. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Friends of the Delaware Canal, 145 South Main Street, New Hope, PA 18938.
