Russell G. Beisel

Russell George Beisel, 73, of Holland Township, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the VA New Jersey Health Care System- Lyons Campus.

Born November 9, 1945 in Allentown, PA, Russell lived in the Lehigh Valley before moving to Holland Township, NJ thirty years ago. He served in the US Navy and was a Combat War Veteran of the Vietnam War. Russell worked as a bus driver for the LINK of Hunterdon County for five years. Prior to that, he drove truck for Bridgewater Wholesalers for fifteen years. Russell also worked for Bethlehem Steel, as a security guard, up until its closing. He enjoyed reading and had a love of photography, especially taking pictures of landscapes. Russell was a member of the Milford VFW. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

Son of the late George and Betty (Cope) Beisel, Russell is survived by his beloved wife of thirty years Nancy (Muller) Beisel, his son Russell G. Beisel, Jr., his three step-daughters Darylann Bomentre, Alyson Grouleff, and Carolyn Randall, his step-son Michael Pellino, and his eleven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Milford-Holland Rescue Squad, 151 Water Street, Milford, NJ 08848.
