Diane A. Grossmueller

Diane A. Grossmueller, 64, of Holland Township, NJ, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at her home.

Born February 14, 1955 in Bayonne, NJ, Diane lived in Roselle Park, NJ before moving to Holland Township in 1996. She graduated from Roselle Park High School and earned a degree in beauty culture. Diane was a homemaker. She also worked at Dutch Mill Market for over fifteen years, as a cook. Diane was an artist and enjoyed painting, especially with oils and acrylics. She was known for her incredible cooking ability. Diane loved being on the water. She grew up boating on her grandfather's boat, "The Chummer", and also enjoyed crabbing and fishing. Diane attended the Alexandria First Presbyterian Church of Mt. Pleasant in Alexandria Township, NJ. She was a member of the Swim and Sports Club in Flanders, NJ, for fifty years.

Daughter of the late Richard and Ruth (Crane) Woeckener, Diane is survived by her beloved husband of forty one years, David W. Grossmueller, her son Jeffrey and his wife Amber, her daughter Heidi Hedden and her husband Kyle, and her four grandchildren Isabella, Benjamin, Giulianna, and Elena. She was predeceased by her brother Richard Woeckener in 1998.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Sunday, November 10, 2019 from 1-3 PM at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township, NJ. A Celebration of Diane's Life will follow at 3 PM with Pastor Nick Hatch officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
