I am so deeply saddened by this. Words cannot express it enough. Bill was an amazing dad to Savannah (our daughter) and has been since her birth 23 years ago despite the distance between them. We will miss him dearly.

My heart felt and most sincere condolences to the MacNiven Family. Mr. William (as we all called him in the Tae Kwon Do club) was loved and respected by all members. He led his sons Magnus and Broc by example as he participated with them in the TKDo training sessions always performing to the best of his abilities. He was a kind and humble man. I will miss Mr. William greatly as I enjoyed our conversations about the financial industry (in which we both worked) and SUVs. He had good taste in cars and motorcycles and loved talking about it. Rest in peace Mr. William. You will not be forgotten by those who had the privilege of knowing you.

My deepest condolences to Bill’s loved ones. We may not understand why such a vibrant man can be taken away from us well before we are ready to let him go, but I am greatful for having the pleasure to know him for the short time I that I did. I pray his loved ones trust in God to carry them through this difficult time and I pray they find comfort in knowing Bill is embraced in the arms of God. Sincerely, a beloved member of Hunterdon HOG.

I went to school with Bill, and was devastated to hear of his passing. I extend my deepest sympathies to his wife, children, parents, and siblings. Bill had the sweetest nature, and was such a kind man. He will be missed even by those who had not seen him in many, many years. I cherish the memories I have of "Billy Mac", and will pray for him and all of you, his family, to deal with his loss. Deepest regards, Catherine Mahoney

I didn’t know Bill, like most of you do. I didn’t have the opportunity to talk to him on a regular basis and come to know him even as a friend. I did however come to know him through his daughter Savannah. So needless to say I had a unique vantage point. What I observed was a Man who loved being father. Our short but enlightening conversations revealed nothing less than a very caring loving Father and Husband! He will be missed, until we see him again!

My prayers and deepest sympathies to and for Bill and his family. Went to school and played football with Bill and even bar-tended together. Billy Mac will be missed!! Lost touch later in life but nothing but great memories. His kindness and spirited attitude could not be rivaled. Very sad!!
