Richard Allen Sellitto, 76, of Milford, NJ, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020 at his home.

Born December 28, 1943 in Newark, NJ, Richard lived in East Hanover, NJ and Bedminster, NJ, before moving to Milford in1980.Prior to moving to Milford, NJ. Richard worked as a caretaker at Hoopstick Horse Farm in Bedminster, NJ. He was an avid horse lover. When Richard moved to Milford, NJ he started his own painting business New Horizons Company for 25 years. Richard enjoyed cars, especially his 1963 Corvette Stingray (Split Window). He also enjoyed being outdoors and taking care of his yard. He loved his cat Matt.

Son of the late Nicholas and Carmella (Mandia) Sellitto, Richard is survived by his son Eric N. Sellitto. He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Sellitto.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Hunterdon Humane Animal Shelter-Milford SPCA, 576 Stamets Road, Milford, NJ 08848.

I can truly say that he was a good friend. I knew Rich for over 40 years and he was alway there for me when I needed help. I will always feel the loss of this good friend. Rest in peace Rich.
