Shane B. Costello

Shane Brandon Costello, 41, of Alexandria Township, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at St. Luke's Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Born June 15, 1979 in Washington, DC, Shane lived in Phillipsburg, NJ before moving to Alexandria Township in 2015. He graduated from North Hunterdon High School in 1998. Shane worked as a server, cook, and painter for many years. He enjoyed playing pool and golf.

Shane is survived by his beloved wife of 11 years, Shawnna (Armstrong) Costello, his mother Michalene Costello of Alexandria Township, NJ, his son Devlyn Costello of Alexandria Township, NJ, his daughter Aurora Costello of Alexandria Township, NJ, his step-daughter Alysse Abel of Phillipsburg, NJ, his brother Shawn Costello of Three Bridges, NJ, his sister Shiloh Bankes of Alexandria Township, NJ, and his nephew Tristian Bankes of Pennsylvania. He was predeceased by his father Burton Costello.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
