Michael D. Hart

Michael Denny Hart, 62, of Kingwood Township, NJ, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at his home.

Born July 27, 1958 in West Covina, CA, Michael lived in Leighton, PA before moving to Kingwood Township in 1992. He worked as a welding teacher for the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility and Raritan Valley Community College. Michael was also a certified OSHA instructor. He taught Sunday School for the youth at Cornerstone Christian Church in Stockton, NJ, and taught adult and youth classes at Shepherd of the Valley Church in Holland Township, NJ. Michael was a proud Eagle Scout and an avid fisherman. He enjoyed cooking and helping others. Michael was an avid softball player. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed making furniture and knick knacks. Michael was member of the Cornerstone Christian Church.

Son of the late Donald Roy and Dorris (Geneva) Hart, Michael is survived by his beloved wife Linda (Peluszak) Hart, his son Daniel Hart, his daughter Nicole Hart, both of Pennsylvania, his brother Daniel Roy Hart and his wife Liz of Arizona, his brothers-in-law Ray Peluszak, John Peluszak, Walter Peluszak, and Dan Peluszak, his sister-in-law Kathy DuBocq, his two grandsons, his two nieces Kara and Melissa, and his six nephews Kurt, Kris, Jim, John, Jr., Randy, and Dallas. He is also survived by several grand nieces and nephews. Michael was predeceased by his sister Julie Hart.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, memorial services for Michael will be held privately. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Christian Church, Missions Department, 226 Locktown-Sergeantsville Road, Stockton, NJ 08559.
