Nancy Ellen Francis

Nancy Ellen Francis, 75, of Union Township, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at her home.

Born June 16, 1945 in Orange, NJ, Nancy grew up in South Orange, NJ, raised her family in Montville, NJ, retired in Florida, and ultimately moved back home to New Jersey in 2019. She is a graduate of Columbia High School. Nancy was a homemaker. She was an avid fan of the New York Yankees. Most of all, Nancy enjoyed volunteering her time and caring for others.

Daughter of the late John and Frances (Johnston) Pew, Nancy is survived by her daughter Krista Venator and her husband Bill of Newberry, FL, her sons Keith Francis and his wife Sheryl of Colorado and Scott Francis and his wife Sharon of Florida, her brother Johnny Pew and his wife Susie of Vernon, NJ, and three grandchildren Cassidy, Tyler, and Branden. Nancy is predeceased by her sisters Carol Gilby and Virginia "Ginny" Pew.

Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Nancy's Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Milford, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of New Jersey, 1600 Route 22 East, Union, NJ 07083.
